Attorney Bernard J. Powers brings a rare level of financial acumen to the legal field. Licensed as a Certified Public Accountant since 1979 and practicing law since 1982, Mr. Powers bridges the gap between complex accounting and legal strategy. A cum laude graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School, he was inducted into the prestigious Order of the Coif.
Mr. Powers focuses his practice on business law, taxation, and estate planning. His reputation as a conscientious advocate is reflected in his long-standing membership in the AICPA and WICPA, as well as his past service as a Director for the Wisconsin State Bar’s Taxation Section. Having taught business law at Cardinal Stritch College and UW-Parkside, he remains a deeply respected authority in the Wisconsin legal community.

Devin M. Stasek

Attorney Devin M. Stasek specializes in the critical areas of elder law, estate planning, and probate. A magna cum laude graduate of both Carthage College and Thomas M. Cooley Law School, she has earned multiple Certificates of Merit in estate planning, ethics, and evidence.
Ms. Stasek is a dedicated member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and the Wisconsin Bar Elder Law Section. Her practice is centered on helping families navigate the complexities of Title XIX/Medicaid eligibility, guardianships, and marital property agreements.
